Thursday 15 July - Voluntary Action Rotherham
Rotherham has been selected by Macmillan Cancer Support to run a series of events aimed at delivering innovative support and aftercare to women recovering from breast and gynaecological cancers. The town is one of only 15 centres across the UK gearing up to stage a series of ‘health and wellbeing’ events for people entering the post-treatment phase of their illness.

VCap Fund 'will fill gap' for organisations ready to grow> A new fund of up to £5m to invest in social enterprises is expected to be launched in the summer. The VCap Fund will make investments of between £50,000 and £150,000 in social enterprises that are ready to grow. It will be funded with money invested by foundations and wealthy individuals.
