For a long time the voluntary and community sector have used VAR for their photocopying needs. In response to customers increasing their volume of copying, we have updated our charges. Quite simply, if you use VAR photocopying  services on a regular basis, it could cost you less!

There is a reduction of the standard charge for more than 100 copies and even more reduction for over 200 copies. Many of you may only need a few copies on each visit, but you can still benefit. If you use our services on a regular basis we will take all the copies you have had in one month and apply the lower charge to that number, not just on the number you have on each visit. We will invoice you at the end of the month, payment being due on receipt of invoice.
