The Spectrum is a multi purpose venue, with a range of spaces that will be suitable for all types of business meetings, training events, interviews and appraisals.

New rates apply from 1st May 2009

Training and Conference Rooms

• Training Room: £12 per hour or £60 per day - seats up to 12 people in boardroom style
• Conference Room: £12 per hour or £60 per day - seats up to 14 people in boardroom style
• Combined room: £20 per hour or £100 per day - seats up to 26 people in boardroom style or 40 in theatre style

Meeting Rooms

• Meeting room 1: £5 per hour or £25 per day - seats 4 people
• Meeting room 2: £5 per hour, £25 per day - seats 4 people
• Combined rooms: £8 per hour or £40 per day - seats 8 people

For evening or weekend hire, please call us to discuss your requirements. Discounts are available on block bookings of 10 or more sessions.

The Training & Conference Rooms are equipped with the following;

• Laptop
• Multimedia projector
• DVD Player
• Audio
• Wireless tablet

VAR will provide refreshments and arrange catering for events. Menus are available from £3.50 per head.
