Recycling ink to help the environment and support a local group

18th May

What do you do with printer ink cartridges when you’ve used them up? Throw them away? Refill them? Instead of throwing them away, would you help the environment and a local group? Feed Our Communities are collecting a variety of ink cartridges to recycle and raise funds for their work.

Please donate your used HP, Dell, Lexmark, Canon, Samsung and Neopost cartridges, but please do not give Epson or Kodak cartridges, as these will not be accepted for recycling.

All cartridges will be inspected prior to being sent off for recycling. You can help by not sending any cartridges that:

  • Are damaged.
  • Have been previously refilled.
  • Contain other labelling other than those specified above.
  • Have been tampered with and have had labels removed or extra holes.

Your help will raise small amounts of money for a local cause and reduce the amount of items sent to landfill. Please click here to read the flyer.

For more information or to arrange collection of ink cartridges, please contact Emma Boswell on Tel: 07812802021. Or alternatively e-mail: emma.communityfeed@yahoo.com.
