What is covered? The course is designed to take delegates through the key processes and essential activities required to manage a project from start to finish. It unpicks the complexities of project management and presents them simply with a step by step approach. It is an interactive course that will leave delegates with a clear understanding of how to approach and deliver projects.
Delegates will leave the course having learned how to:
- Identify and manage project objectives and benefits
- Develop the project Business Case
- Break a project down into manageable stages through Project Planning
- Identify, assess and manage risk
- Establish a project team and clarify roles and responsibilities for all those involved in delivering the project
