Join us for a face-to-face event where we’ll explore what Home Care and Support Services look like to Rotherham’s Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) and the people you support.
This focus group will look at...
Ways we can strengthen links between home care providers and VCS organisations, so they are aware of services and activities and can signpost / refer people on.
How your organisation can help to connect people receiving a home care service to their community and support them to develop and build social connections.
Your insight and experience is greatly valued and appreciated, and will help Rotherham Council to shape their Home Care and Support Service model.
