About this Event
Active listening is a technique that is used in counseling, training, and solving disputes or conflicts. It requires that the listener fully concentrate, understand, respond and then remember what is being said.

Mark Smith runs Make Your Mark UK. He has many years experience working in senior management roles in the charity and business sectors and is a qualified trainer. He has a degree in psychology with counselling and has used active listening skills in a variety of roles offering emotional support via helplines and face-to-face.
