Menopause Café to be held at Riverside Library in March
A Menopause Café, aimed at breaking down the taboo around menopause, increasing awareness of the impact of the menopause on those experiencing it, their family, friends and their colleagues, will be held by Rotherham Libraries in March. Open to both male and female participants of all ages, the Menopause Café will be held between 5.30pm and 7pm on Thursday 12th March at Riverside Library, Main Street, Rotherham.
A Menopause Café is not a lecture; it’s a very informal gathering for anyone who wants to share their stories about how menopause is affecting them or their families. Talking and sharing with others who will understand and empathise is a great way of helping with health and wellbeing. All are welcome and tea and cake will be available!
Following the World’s first Menopause Café, held in Perth, Scotland in 2017, a number of them have been organised throughout the UK. For more information on Menopause Café nationally visit: http://www.menopausecafe.net
