Power hour: An introduction to lean business improvement techniques

25th November 2020

Do you think your processes within your business or charity could be more efficient but you’re not sure how?

Wed, 25 November 2020, 10:00 – 11:00 GMT

About this Event

We can define Lean as a system for developing process improvement that is continuous and has a focus on reducing and eliminating waste and ultimately make how you operate your business or charity more efficient.

Lean is not just a way to reduce costs but is a way of thinking. It is not a short term solution. It is the way a group operates. It is actually a long term approach that requires discipline.

Lean is not just for manufacturing. Groups outside of manufacturing have used a Lean approach and had good results. This can include service groups, healthcare, and government.

Tickets are £29 each – once you have booked via eventbrite, you will be sent the link on how to join the training session.
