Rotherham Friendship Lunch
Home Instead Senior Care Rotherham is launching its Friendship Lunches on Monday 21 May from 12 Noon, at Sir Jacks in Bramley. Primarily, the focus is to help tackle loneliness in the community and we aim to arrange a programme of further events. It is open to all.
We want to work collaboratively with local organisations and individuals to address important issues affecting our communities, to invite them to participate and to have a part to play in our future events if they wish.
The event on 21st May and booking information is detailed in the poster and @homeinsteadrotherham on Facebook. It costs £7 to include live entertainment from the sensational Paul Anthony, a small carvery lunch and ice cream. Early Booking is essential. Please feel free to circulate the poster/other details.
Our first event happens to coincide with the start of Dementia Action Week, 21-27 May (formerly known as Dementia Awareness Week). So we shall also be promoting our ‘Songs to Remember’ Campaign as part of our commitment to dementia support in all its forms.
