This role supports families living in refuge, working alongside parents and children to improve safety, stability and wellbeing. The post involves practical and emotional support, parenting guidance and coordinated multiagency working.

Key Responsibilities
Work with families to meet family-led support needs, including practical and parenting support.
Support families in navigating health, education, and additional needs.
Provide 1:1 support to parents and children impacted by domestic abuse.
Plan and support family and children’s activities.
Work in a trauma-informed way within safeguarding procedures and service rotas.
