Job Description

Are you passionate about making a tangible impact in your community? Roundabout’s Homeless Prevention Service is looking for a Team Leader to support our staff in preventing homelessness among young people aged 16-25 in Sheffield.

The role of the Homeless Prevention Team Leader is to support the Service Manager in overseeing the effective running and contract delivery of all aspects within the Homeless Prevention Service, ensuring that they meet all of their contractual funding obligations and are effective in preventing young people from becoming homeless.
