An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well-established and supportive management team at Rush. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering our Life Skills programme to young people and adults using our services alongside the Lifeskills Worker and Tenancy Skills Coach for whom you will have line managerial responsibility. You will work closely with other community groups and statutory partners to bring in a variety of support services to meet their needs and will be responsible for developing and delivering our pre tenancy training programme and AQA units.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who is motivated and committed to supporting vulnerable members of our community achieve more. You must have a good understanding of the issues faced by vulnerable people who may be homeless and/or lack any other support and be able to demonstrate the skills needed to motivate and inspire them to reach their potential and achieve independent living. We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated manager who can work collaboratively with our Head of Services to broaden the scope of our Lifeskills offer and create opportunities for this to develop into a standalone service.
