Buttle UK Chances for Children Grants
Chances for Children grants are available to children, young people and families in your area. They can help Estranged Young people aged 16-20 with no family support who are living independently or in supported accommodation, pursuing some form of training, apprenticeship or college course, whilst living on low income such as benefits, student loan and/or college bursary.
You can apply for up to £2000 towards a combination of household items, education equipment/ materials and health/ leisure activities.
Families with children who have fled domestic abuse and are no longer in contact with the perpetrator whilst resettling into a safe property, can apply for the same amount towards household items, tuition for missed education, after school clubs, therapeutic child or family activities to aid the children’s recovery from the trauma they have experienced.
