Children in Need small grants
The small grants programme is open to charities and not-for-profit organisations applying for up to £10,000 a year. They fund up to three years on this programme, to a maximum of £30,000.
Grants are available to support children and young people of 18 years und under, who live in the UK, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, who are experiencing disadvantage through:
- illness, distress, abuse or neglect
- any kind of disability
- behavioural or psychological difficulties
- living in poverty or situations of deprivation
Eligible projects will make a difference in children’s lives that help prevent or overcome the effects of the disadvantages they face. Projects achieve these differences by either working directly with children or seeking to improve their social and physical environments.
Next deadline is 2nd September 2019.
