A brilliant 10 week fitness programme to keep you on track through autumn 2019!
Week 1 and week 10 include measurements of weight, BMI, body fat %, and waist circumference followed by exercise, varying from week to week.
WEDNESDAYS 5.15pm – 6.00pm at the Activity Suite, AESSEAL New York Stadium STARTING IN SEPTEMBER
£25 for 10 weeks or £3 per session.
