#Countmein Rotherham Volunteer Kitemark Launches
Today four organisations received their Rotherham Volunteer Kitemark certificates which certifies their hard work and dedication to supporting volunteers. The four organisations had all submitted evidence which showed how they support and manage volunteers.
Councillor Mahroof Hussain presented the awards on behalf of the Rotherham Partnership to Swinton Lock Activity Centre, Rotherham Hospice, South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue and Voluntary Action Rotherham. The next panel will meet in September and groups are urged to contact Julie Adamson if they wish to apply for the Kitemark.
