January is a great time to begin a health-kick and Tassibee is here to help. During the next few months, Tassibee will be running sessions on Monday and Wednesday to help you get healthy.

Get Healthy … Feel Good!

Mondays 1-2pm

These sessions will look at healthy eating, reflexology and share tools that will help reduce stress and help you live a healthier and happier life. These sessions will be led by Sat Nadar Kaur and are open to all women

Kundalini Yoga

Wednesdays 10-11am

These sessions will help strengthen your body; get fit; learn to de-stress & detoxify and reset your nervous and glandular system.

These sessions will be led by Sat Nadar Kaur and are open to all women. No experience is required. Yoga mats will be provided.
