Masonic Charitable Foundation – Later Life Inclusion
This grant programme is open to local and national registered charities in England or Wales, who are working to reduce loneliness and isolation in later life.
Hospices are not currently eligible to apply for Later Life Grants.
Charities with incomes of under £500,000 can apply for a small grant of between £500 and £15,000 over 1-3 years. The total amount of the grant requested must not exceed 15% of the total income of the charity.
The project must support disadvantaged and vulnerable people aged 50 years or over.
Grants can be offered to charities providing:
- Mental and physical health support
- Gateway and access to service, e.g. transport and technology
- Community based approaches, i.e. volunteering, positive ageing and neighbourhood support
- Advocacy, social and welfare support
These grants are unrestricted.
