Rotherham Community Achievement Awards to Launch on 27th June 2014

Organised by Voluntary Action Rotherham on behalf of the Rotherham Partnership, the Community Achievement Awards are held annually to celebrate the work of individuals and projects in the voluntary and community sector that have made a significant difference to the communities of Rotherham.

Now in its 11th year the successful awards scheme has three categories:

  • Volunteer – This award recognises someone in Rotherham who has made an outstanding contribution to people and communities in Rotherham in a voluntary capacity.
  • Young Volunteer (Under 25) – This award recognises someone in Rotherham. aged under 25, who has made an outstanding contribution to people and communities in Rotherham in a voluntary capacity.
  • Project – This award recognises a project in Rotherham that has made an outstanding contribution to people and communities in Rotherham.

Nomination Forms will be available from 27th June 2014.

Closing date for nominations is 29th August 2014.
