The Cancer Alliance Personalised Care Team is working in partnership with Voluntary Action Rotherham and the Rotherham VCS Adult Health & Care Network, and we’d like your help.
We’re inviting voluntary and community organisations from across Rotherham to join us for an interactive online session and get involved early in shaping how personalised cancer care and support could be delivered closer to where people live.
