Run by and for the Rotherham VCS Adult Health and Care Network, this session brings community organisations together to explore why loneliness and isolation matter, what they look like in local communities, and how we can respond through connection, collaboration and shared learning.

We have invited a number of speakers from local funders to talk to you about the funding streams they currently have available.  We welcome back; Sara Dalton from the National Lottery Fund, Jess O’Neill from South Yorkshire Community Foundation and Adam Preston  who will be providing information.
