Charity Leaders Networking Programme

Whilst leading a charity is incredibly rewarding it can also be hard work and can be a lonely place; you are responsible for everything from setting the strategic direction and survival to making sure the money adds up and the cupboards are stocked, and everything in between. 

These roles require deep resilience often needing to instil confidence whilst balancing emotional load, often carrying this pressure quietly and alone.  In recognition of this we’re putting in place some networking sessions to bring leaders together to connect and share experiences.  The aim is to create a space to provide fresh perspectives, support problem solving and learn together. 

These sessions are open to anyone who is the day to day lead for an organisation, be that a CEO, Managing Director or Lead; it’s not about the job title but about the role of day to day operational leadership.  Our first session will explore how this peer support…
