This one-day course is designed to provide skills to community leaders who in partnership with Voluntary Action Rotherham are working to build community cohesion. The course will focus on creating a safe space to discuss disagreements and barriers to relationship building with an emphasis on facilitating safe, ‘difficult’ dialogue rather than closing down conversations.

Safety building and trauma informed practice
