Growing Connections – Community Responses to Loneliness and Isolation in Rotherham

In January, our first in person networking event, Growing Connections, brought local VCS organisations together in a welcoming space full of energy, ideas and conversation. Building on that momentum, the Rotherham VCS Adult Health and Care Network is hosting this online thematic session focused on community responses to loneliness and isolation in Rotherham.

Run by and for the Rotherham VCS Adult Health and Care Network, this session brings community organisations together to explore why loneliness and isolation matter, what they look like in local communities, and how we can respond through connection, collaboration and shared learning.

The session will also introduce the Rotherham Loneliness Guide, along with the loneliness measures, including practical guidance on using it confidently in one to one and group settings.
