Volunteer Management Training – Recruitment and Selection

This course is pitched at both new and existing volunteer managers and can provide a useful introduction to the role, or can be a good refresher for more experienced managers.  There is also plenty of opportunity for group discussion and networking.   

The trainer:  

Kerry McGrath is a qualified trainer and has worked at Voluntary Action Rotherham for over 19 years. In that time, Kerry has supported a variety of VCS organisations with volunteer management good practice, delivered training, workshops and helped them with problem solving.   She has also worked with the private sector - matching up local businesses with charities that need support e.g. redecoration, gardening projects etc.
