Hours and Working Pattern:
Working hours: 35 hours per week over five days (Monday to Friday), or 30 hours per week over four days(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday), worked between 9am and pm. These working arrangements will apply for the full duration of the contract

Fixed term until the end of March 2027.

Job Description
You will…
respond to referrals and provide timely support;
complete risk and needs assessments;
provide trauma-informed support, advice and safety planning;
help people access appropriate services and specialist support;
respond to helpline enquiries;
maintain clear, accurate and timely electronic case records; and
work closely with colleagues and partner agencies.
