About the Role
I am looking for a friendly, organised person to provide admin and practical support to a disabled professional, helping them do their job to the best of their ability.
This role is funded through Access to Work and is offered on a self-employed basis. It’s a great opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s working life while developing your own skills and experience in a supportive environment.

• Taking notes in meetings
• Managing diaries, emails, and scheduling tasks
• Helping to prioritise and organise workloads
• Providing gentle prompting and reminders when needed
• Carrying equipment
• Offering personal support related to the person’s role, for example, assisting with practical tasks that help them perform their job

Sometimes, there may be the need for an overnight stay — these will always be agreed in advance and fully reimbursed.
What You’ll Get
• Flexible hours that fit around your other commitments

• The chance to learn new skills and gain valuable experience
• Access to training and development opportunities
• A genuinely rewarding role where no two days are the same
About You
You’ll be someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in being organised, reliable, and adaptable. You don’t need to have worked in this exact kind of role before, but experience with admin and good communication skills will be really helpful.
I am looking for someone who:
• Has a professional, approachable, and positive attitude
• Is well organised and able to manage their own workload
• Has good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office 365
• Understands or is open to learning about neurodivergence and disability
