Are you creative, energetic, and passionate about inspiring young people? We’re looking for Sessional Youth Workers – Arts & Crafts to deliver fun, safe, and inclusive sessions at Base71 Youth Zone.

From painting and sculpture to collage, textiles, and crafts, you’ll run activities that encourage young people to explore their creativity, learn new skills, and build confidence. Whether through one-off projects or our ongoing arts programme, you’ll create a welcoming space where young people can express themselves and shape the activities on offer.

You’ll need experience delivering arts and crafts sessions with young people, along with the creativity to plan engaging activities. A relevant arts qualification, experience working with diverse groups (including SEND), and knowledge of safeguarding and inclusion are also essential. Above all, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for inspiring creativity.
