We’re celebrating Rotherham volunteers!! On Tuesday 2nd June at Rotherham Minster we want to say thank you to Rotherham volunteers for their hard work and contributions across our fantastic boroughs services and charities.

VAR and public health been working with Vyv Huddy from the University of Sheffield, who has been undertaking some research, along with university students (clinical psychology), into volunteers and mental health.

This course is pitched at both new and existing volunteer managers and can provide a useful introduction to the role, or can be a good refresher for more experienced managers.  There is also plenty of opportunity for group discussion and networking.
