We have an exciting opportunity for a part – time Building Projects Manager to oversee the conservation (maintenance, repairs, alterations and facilities) of this fascinating Grade II* listed former cutlery works.
Main duties include identifying and prioritising all repair and maintenance requirements, specifying and describing repair tasks, managing the work of the Building and Maintenance volunteers, commissioning contractors, seeking relevant approvals, ensuring spend is contained within budget.
