Do you love bringing people together and making a difference in your community?

We’re looking for a friendly, compassionate and proactive Community Connector to help local people improve their wellbeing, build social connections and access community activities, groups and support.

You’ll help facilitate inclusive activities, support people experiencing social isolation, build relationships with local organisations and help break down barriers to participation.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience working with people in a community, health, wellbeing, voluntary or social care setting.
Has experience facilitating groups or activities.
The successful candidate will be able to work effectively within a small, busy office environment, demonstrating flexibility, a collaborative approach and a willingness to support colleagues across a range of tasks as required.
Has excellent communication and people skills.
Is passionate about inclusion, community wellbeing and reducing health inequalities.

Please note: A DBS check will be required following a successful interview.
