Supporting people facing barriers to travel, confidence or access
Delivering structured, confidence-building workshops
Working safely and professionally in public settings

Key Responsibilities
Deliver inclusive workshops that build rail confidence and independence
Support participants safely during train journeys
Adapt delivery to meet diverse access needs
Gather basic participant feedback
Uphold safeguarding, equality and professional standards
