Crossroads Care is dedicated to improving the lives of unpaid carers and the people they support. Every day, carers provide essential care to family members and loved ones, often with little recognition or support.

Our mission is to ensure carers are not left to manage alone. Through respite services, practical support, and community partnerships, we help carers maintain their wellbeing while continuing in their caring role.

As we grow our impact and strengthen our sustainability, we are seeking a Head of Partnerships to develop strategic relationships that expand our reach and create new opportunities to support carers.

The Role

The Head of Partnerships will lead in the development and delivery of building strong relationships across the health, social care, voluntary, and corporate sectors.

You will identify opportunities for collaboration, funding, and service development that help us reach more carers and strengthen the long-term sustainability of our charity.

Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in positioning Crossroads Care as a trusted and innovative partner within the care sector.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement a strategic partnerships plan aligned with organisational goals

· Build and maintain strong relationships with ICB, local authorities, charities, and corporate partners

· Identify new partnership opportunities that support service development and income generation

· Lead on partnership proposals, collaborative projects, and strategic initiatives

· Represent Crossroads Care at sector meetings, networks, and events

· Monitor and report on the impact and value of partnerships and projects

About You

We are looking for a strategic and relationship-focused professional who is passionate about improving support for carers.

You will bring:

· Experience developing strategic partnerships, business development, or external relations

· Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills

· The ability to identify opportunities and turn them into meaningful collaborations

· Experience working with organisations across health, social care, voluntary, or community sectors

· Excellent communication and influencing skills
