Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join our well-established and supportive team at Swinton Lock Activity Centre.
This role will be responsible for supporting our children, young people, and adults and families.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is committed to supporting our current service users and members of our community.
You must have a good understanding of the issues faced by children, young people and families and be able to demonstrate the skills needed to motivate and inspire them to reach their potential.
The successful candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to equal opportunities. We would like you to have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle with appropriate business insurance cover during working hours – but this is desirable and not essential.
Applicants should be aware that duties could involve lone working supported by relevant policies and procedures.
The postholder will be expected to work flexibly within the agreed hours. This may be reviewed from time to time to ensure services are accessible to all and meet their needs. This will involve some evening and weekend work.
