The successful candidate will provide an accessible, high quality service supporting older people to remain independent within their own home and community. Duties will include support with meal preparation, escort to appointments, help and encouragement to join in their local community and activities, providing companionship to alleviate social isolation and loneliness and promoting independence, confidence within the person's home.
